Fundraiser
Department: Fundraising
Reports to: Fundraising Department Manager/Team
Position Description:
Main Responsibility: Achieving the volume of funds established by the Foundation Board for each action, line of action and general programs of the Foundation
The Fundraiser must:
implement, through concrete actions, the Foundation’s fundraising strategies
identify, maintain and develop relationships with potential donors, partners and financiers, individuals and companies
involve in the creation and organization of fundraising events
propose and develop fundraising campaigns, under the sign of meeting the financial and material objectives necessary for the Foundation’s actions.
Main Responsibilities:
Identifies and establishes contacts with potential donors, individuals, companies and foundations.
Develops and implements fundraising strategies to ensure the necessary financial resources for the Foundation’s projects and programs.
Organizes fundraising events, such as charity galas, fairs or online collection campaigns.
Communicates effectively with the foundation’s supporters, including through thank-you letters, regular updates and impact reports.
Monitors and evaluates the performance of fundraising campaigns and adapts strategies accordingly to achieve the established objectives.
Manages the database with partners and donors, and ensures compliance with personal data protection regulations.
Participates in meetings and networking events to promote the foundation and develop new fundraising opportunities.
Commits to maintaining the confidentiality of projects, contacts, contracts and data that they process, store and use in their daily work in relation to the ASSA Foundation.
Requirements:
Completed higher education in economics, communication, business, management
Previous experience in fundraising or a similar field, preferably within a non-profit organization.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with donors and foundation partners.
Organizational skills and attention to detail for effective project and event management.
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve fundraising goals.
Solid knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools, teamwork platforms and other technologies.
Important note: In accordance with applicable law, the selected candidate will be subject to an initial probationary period.
OFFICE ASSISTANT
Ensuring the efficient management of administrative activities and providing the necessary support for the smooth running of the department’s activities.
Main Responsibilities:
Correspondence and Document Management:
Receiving, registering and distributing internal and external correspondence.
Filing, scanning and processing documents according to internal procedures.
Maintaining an efficient document archiving system.
Assistance in Drafting Documents and Electronic Correspondence:
Providing support in drafting official documents (such as contracts, partnership agreements, minutes, centralizers, etc.)
Writing and sending emails in accordance with the foundation’s standards.
Ensuring efficient and professional communication through electronic correspondence.
Grammatical and stylistic checking and editing of documents.
Database Creation and Management:
Creating and updating the database according to the requests of the management.
Ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data in the database.
Office Supplies Management:
Ensuring the stock of necessary office supplies (paper, pens, folders, coffee, etc.).
Placing orders for replenishment of supplies.
Visitor Reception:
Welcoming and directing visitors to the responsible persons.
Ensuring a pleasant and professional reception environment.
Solving Current Administrative Problems:
Identifying and resolving daily administrative problems.
Providing support to team members in carrying out activities.
Receiving and Handling Telephone Calls:
Receiving telephone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate persons or departments.
Providing information and telephone assistance.
Meeting and Program Organization:
Scheduling meetings and events according to instructions received.
Coordinating the work schedule of the team or department.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
Higher education
PC & Microsoft Office operating knowledge
Minimum one year of experience in a similar position (previous experience in an NGO is an advantage)
Driving license is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES
Database management (suppliers / beneficiaries)
Organization and implementation of actions and events according to project planning
Purchase / preparation of necessary materials, according to the project manager’s instructions
Permanent communication with those involved in the project implementation (team, beneficiaries, suppliers)
Preparation of activity reports upon completion of project stages
Availability to work outside of regular working hours, including weekends
Preparation of the necessary documentation for the activity
CORPORATE FUNDRAISER
For this position, we need a good strategist, who can build a long-term action map, innovate existing plans and implement fundraising actions.
As a Corporate Fundraiser:
you develop the fundraising strategy and take care of its implementation, together with the ASSA team
you develop and maintain a portfolio of partner companies / donors
you develop and implement fundraising campaigns
What we expect from you:
1-2 years of experience in the field or in B2B sales

ASsISTENT MANAGER
As an assistant manager, you will be in charge of documenting projects, organizing information, identifying suppliers or locations. You will be the right hand of the project manager, organizing specific actions and participating in ASSA Foundation events.
What do we expect from you?
We want an enthusiastic person, with team spirit, who loves children and is determined to make a difference for vulnerable children.
Organization is the key word for the person who will occupy the position of assistant manager.
Possessing a category B driving license is an advantage, but not a condition for occupying the position of assistant manager.
