Ongoing project

Ping Pong
Chmpionship

It is a concept with national visibility.

It will be carried out within the framework of the “Unseen Children from Forgotten Places” Project.

2 vulnerable communities of 10 children each from two counties will come to a camp or urban trip in Bucharest where the competition will take place.

The duration of the entire championship is 1 year and started in May last year. This year, after the end of the first championship, we will resume the project with other communities.

There will be 2 such competitions per month, so 4 counties; resulting in 24 competitions/year. This means that we will cover the entire country.

The children will be trained in advance by a coach, and will go home with prizes/trophies.

ASSA Ping Pong Championship

What is the purpose of the championship?

We discover new communities to support based on their needs

Through the ping-pong championship, we reach vulnerable communities across the country, identify the challenges children face, and seek solutions to provide them with the support they need.

We discover children with talents

In each competition, we see children who excel not only in sports, but also in perseverance, team spirit and the desire to succeed. Through this championship, we give them the chance to discover and develop their potential.

We offer them something different, more than a championship.

During the camps, children benefit from educational sessions, nutrition workshops, and personal development activities, designed to help them grow up healthy and balanced.

Championship Concept

A one-day trip or a 3-day camp where children, in addition to the championship, will have activities such as: visits to museums, theaters, parks, creative and financial education workshops, nutrition workshops, as well as filming workshops.

Videos will be very good sources for observing the child's skills: public speaking, spontaneity, courage or shyness, behavior around strangers and resilience to a new environment, the ability to accept defeat.
